If you are not joining us, but found it worthwhile last year, the power of your words can make a huge difference this year. Let friends, family, and workmates know that the meditation challenge starts on May 1st. As you know from last year, being more mindful and training our attention to be where we want it to be is TRULY A CHALLENGE.
If you want to support Mindful In May but you’re not taking the challenge this year, you can still help bring clean, safe water to those in need by simply DONATING NOW to the cause. Donations will go to Charity Water our designated not-for-profit organisation.
Let’s see what impact we can collectively make this year … more clear minds, and more clean water for those in need.
Sign up as an individual or create your own meditation team with friends or workmates and raise money for a worthwhile cause.
Hope to meditate with you this May and again make a meaningful DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD!
