We’ve nearly hit our first major milestone, $35,000 which will allow us to fund an entire water project in Rwanda with the help of Charity Water.
We would love you to join us “virtually” at the Mindful in May launch on Sunday April 28th between 5:30pm and 7:30pm.
Dr Elise Bialylew founder of Mindful in May will be hosting the evening with bestselling author of The Happiness Trap, Dr Russ Harris joining us as keynote speaker. There will be creative inspiration with Fleassy Malay and Anton Bialylew sharing some mindful spoken word. Lamine Sonko, Senegalese musician and Griot will be sharing his music.

DR ELISE BIALYLEW
Elise Bialylew is the author of the bestselling book, The Happiness Plan, and founder of Mindful in May, the world’s largest online global mindfulness fundraising campaign.
A doctor trained in psychiatry, turned social entrepreneur and mindfulness expert, she’s passionate about supporting individuals and organisations to develop inner tools for greater wellbeing and flourishing, and offers workshops and training at The Mind Life Project.
