Register for Mindful in May, and you’ll be able to invite a friend to join you - for FREE. Together you will learn how to incorporate meditation and mindfulness into your daily routines to help you live a more peaceful, calm and mindful life.

Mindful in May is the world’s largest online mindfulness fundraising campaign.

The idea behind Mindful in May is simple: we provide mindfulness education, tools and support for you to build a sustainable meditation practice in one month. Research shows it only takes 10 minutes of meditation a day to see significant positive benefits to your life!

And as you strengthen your mind, you can also opt to help our community raise funds to bring clean, safe drinking water to those who need it most.

HOW IT WORKS

1. REGISTER YOUrself, AND YOUR FRIEND

Register for Mindful in May by clicking on the button and registering yourself.  Once your registration is complete, you'll be sent a link to register your friend as well.  This normally takes 15mins to come through to your email.

3. LEARN TO MEDITATE

Mindful in May kicks off 1 May with guided meditations, interviews and daily support. You can sign yourself up as well, and enjoy learning and meditating alongside your friend or loved one.
